Mr Huzzey is the CEO/ Director of Groundwork,Engineering & Construction and a family man married to his beautiful wife Carol Huzzey. Richard is one of a twin and born in England, to Vivian and the late John Huzzey, who achieved great success in Dairy and Breeding Farming. Richard's heritage is as rich in tradition as it is in expertise. With his own esteemed farm, Ley Farm, nestled in the New Forest, his journey from the rolling hills of England to the dynamic landscapes of Zimbabwe is a testament to his unparalleled commitment and diverse skill set in both farming and construction.

Richard's profound knowledge spans an impressive array of farming techniques, including cutting-edge In Vitro Fertilisation, and breeding, dairy management, and beyond. His transition from the fields to the forefront of his construction company in England showcases a breadth of expertise rarely seen. A specialist in groundworks, his prowess extends to site preparation, excavation, drainage, concreting, paving, and kerbing. Moreover, Richard's acumen encompasses general construction design, management, and consultancy across various domains, including electrical circuit boards, bricklaying & masonry, roofing, plumbing, plastering, and septic & sewage systems.
